Abstract

El planteamiento central de la nueva estrategia de poder de la geopolí­tica y geoestrategia norteamericana bajo el mandato de Donald Trump es hacer nuevamente grande a los Estados Unidos en el mundo. El paí­s del norte ha sido el principal promotor de la globalización de la economí­a mundial, favoreciendo a las grandes empresas transnacionales norteamericanas. Sin embargo, por su potente crecimiento, China se convirtió en el motor económico del capitalismo del siglo XXI, desafiando a la hegemoní­a de Estados Unidos en el escenario mundial. Para Trump, el liderazgo estadounidense está amenazado principalmente por la presencia de China, por lo que plantea una "nueva era de rivalidad "con base en las tensiones geopolí­ticas y contradictorias de la globalización neoliberal, evidenciando el carácter neoconservador y hegemonista de la polí­tica estadounidense.

Abstract
The central approach of the new strategy of power of the North American geopolitics and geoestrategy under the mandate of Donald Trump is to make the United States again great in the world. The country of the North has been the main promoter of the globalization of the world economy, favoring the large North American transnational corporations. However, due to its powerful growth, China became the economic engine of 21st century capitalism, challenging the hegemony of the United States on the world stage. For Trump, the US leadership is threatened mainly by the presence of China, so it poses a "new era of rivalry" based on the geopolitical and contradictory tensions of neoliberal globalization, evidencing the neoconservative and hegemonic character of US policy.
