Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the degree of influence of pedagogical leadership in quality school management in educational institutions in the Puno region, 2020, the methodology was an applied, descriptive and correlational research process, with a non-experimental design. transversal type, the sample was made up of 243 teachers to whom a survey was applied, whose reliability showed a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.912 from which it was concluded that it had a high reliability, in this sense the practice of pedagogical leadership in educational entities must be there to motivate and inspire confidence in workers and teachers; creating a welcoming environment, and influencing the effectiveness of learning achievement; guaranteeing efficiency in school management, an educational institution must be considered a business organization where there are several areas of development, seniority levels, where the director is the manager in charge of the administration of resources and leading its teachers who are the human talent of the institution. Likewise, it is demonstrated that in every organization there is a final product and, in the case of educational institutions, it is to train students with quality so that they can become the future of the country.
