Abstract

The article examines the current situation in Costa Verde of Lima, highlighting its fragmented occupation and the lack of consideration towards its conceptual and heritage value, the objective is to analyze the fragmentation of Costa Verde of Lima and propose socio-cultural eco-animation, while The methodology discusses the effects of this situation in terms of social, territorial and cultural fragmentation, as well as the need for a new approach to revitalize these public spaces. Urban socio-cultural eco-animation is proposed as a promising paradigm, supported by international, national and local theories. The results suggest a renewed ecological model to promote social cohesion and collective development, focusing on socio-spatial and cultural integration. In conclusion, the transformative potential of urban socio-cultural eco-animation is highlighted to improve the quality of life and urban image of Costa Verde of Lima, promoting inclusion and sustainability
