ANíLISIS DEL CONCEPTO GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO: UNA MIRADA DESDE AMÉRICA LATINA EN EL ÚLTIMO QUINQUENIO

Abstract

Trying to refer to knowledge management is not hitting a specific definition, probably only a part of it is known, depending on the various lines of research. This article aims to analyze the definition of knowledge management from a perspective of Latin America in the last five years, in order to establish a reference framework for future research. This is why this article is characterized by being a descriptive research. It is concluded that currently organizations are supported by the role of managing knowledge and for a better understanding of this it is important to start by analyzing the approaches of its definitions.
