In the review article a bibliographic analysis is carried out with the aim of determining the guidelines of strategic management oriented to the entrepreneurship of sports companies, therefore, the databases for the collection of information were (Redalyc, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Wiley Online Library and Taylor Francis Online) where it was essential to use the keyword "strategic management" in Spanish and English languages in order to obtain reliable information, Similarly, the study population with its respective sample were 50 original articles where the authors, number of publications, type of document, countries and languages were taken into account, in addition, it was obtained as a result that strategic management is one of the most important issues in the proper development of sports companies in order to stay in the market.
