The quantitative approach was proposed, with the type of descriptive research, applying the bibliographic method allowing a review of existing documentation, the statistical method facilitating data processing and the qualitative method to describe theoretical concepts and identify the experiences of these teachers. For the field work, the research technique that was the survey was used, with a population of 84 teachers. Also identifying a second population composed of 4 authorities. For the first population, 69 surveys were prepared, of which: 43 went to teachers of "ITSEC Sucre" and 26 to teachers of the Aurora Rossells Institute.
