Resumen

This article examines the job stability of millennials in the city of Sucre, Bolivia, focusing on their experiences and professio- nal aspirations in a dynamic environment. Using a quantitative methodology, surveys were conducted with a representative sample of millennials to assess their job stability, expectations, and challenges.

The findings reveal a high level of job mobility among millen- nials, driven by the pursuit of better opportunities, increased job satisfaction, and a favorable work-life balance. These factors are crucial for understanding the career decisions of this generation.

In conclusion, the study emphasizes the importance of compa- nies adopting policies centered on flexibility and professional development to enhance millennial retention. The results provide valuable insights for designing strategies aimed at fostering greater job stability and satisfaction within this generation in Sucre.
