REEMPLAZO DE PERSONAL HUMANO POR INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL: VENTAJAS Y DESVENTAJAS

Abstract

At present we can observe a trend towards automation in all areas of our lives. Labor matters are not the exception, more and more jobs are occupied by robots. The present study was conducted through a literature review of electronic sources such as ebooks, website documents and news, in order to establish the main advantages and disadvantages of the replacement of human personnel by robots. Among the advantages are increased production, product quality, precision in the process, reduction of production costs, reduction of margins of error and risks for humans, as well as additional time for business leaders. Among the disadvantages are the increase in the unemployment rate, the decrease in tax collection, the lack of empathy and the danger of being hacked. It is concluded that companies must find a balance between machine and man, robots that are not replaced by human personnel must be incorporated responsibly into work environments
